Leanheat’s business is growing and we are in the search of two Solution Sales professionals to be part of our Channel Sales Team. Depending on the level of your experience, you could start either in Manager or Director position in our team. In both positions, you will have great possibilities to influence your own workday and large impact on the company’s growth and development. As mentioned, there is more than one way to these positions: You can be in the early stage of your career or have already gained more solid work experience. The most important, however, is your passion for doing something meaningful and learn new skills. Final tasks and responsibilities will be adjusted according to candidates experience level, interest areas and potential.
If you take the challenge as one of our new Solution Sales professionals, you will meet a lot of customers and decision-makers and you will be responsible for challenging sales projects. You will need to have an active approach of finding the right solutions for their specific needs. In addition to new sales, you will also be responsible of customer relationship management for the selected B2B clients. The final solutions will be tailored according to customer needs in close cooperation with our Business Development, R&D and project teams.
To succeed in this position, you have gained at least five years of demonstrated experience from solutions sales, business development or customer management, preferable from energy industry. You could also have background from creating and implementing the vision and strategy in the sales field. You have strong drive to work with customers in active manner. What we see as important characteristics are customer orientation, innovativeness and ability to deliver. Networking within various organizations and with internal and external stakeholders in all levels comes naturally to you and is something what you enjoy doing. You possess a suitable higher education degree (M.Sc. or similar) in Technical, Business or related fields. We also expect you to communicate effortlessly both in English and Finnish. Swedish is strong benefit. All other language skills are assets.
On a more personal level, we appreciate the willingness and capability to develop yourself as the best expert in the field. You have entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to work in a quickly growing and changing organization. You have excellent communication and cooperation skills. You are independent and self-propelled in your work, but you understand and value the power of performing as a team.
